Purpose
ServicePattern Mobile/Web API Specification describes the methods, responses, and events of the Mobile API. This API can be used for development of Rich Contact applications, i.e., customer-facing mobile and web applications for advanced chat, voice, and video communications with ServicePattern-based contact centers.
