The Bright Pattern Wallboard Builder Reference Guide is intended for supervisors and managers of the Bright Pattern Contact Center-based call center who will use the Bright Pattern Contact Center applications to perform daily agent supervision and campaign management tasks. Readers of this guide must have the privilege of editing and sharing wallboard displays in your contact center.
