Forwarding and Voicemail Operation

The table below specifies how the forwarding and voicemail functions will work with various phone devices that the user can select at the time of login.

Internal phone Forwarded according to the hardphone forwarding settings; if the latter is not set, the call is disconnected by the general no answer timeout Sent to voicemail by timeout
