Scenario Builder Reference Guide
Answer
This block provides answer supervision to the carrier and answers the call. This opens two-way voice communication with the caller and starts the caller's billing cycle. Typically follows an Accept block at the beginning of a scenario.
Important: Using the Accept block in a scenario disables the default behavior of answering a call automatically on scenario start and requires an Answer block to provide answer supervision.
