Scenario Builder Reference Guide
Zendesk Update
This block updates properties of the specified Zendesk object. Object that can be updated are tickets and users. For more information, see the following articles.

Note that to populate the custom fields in Zendesk activity history records the Attached Data block shall be used.
Conditional Exits
- Failed – Executes if the update operation failed.
- No data - Executes in the specified object is not found.
Settings
- Title text – The name of the block instance.
- Object type – Type of the Zendesk object to be created. Can be either a ticket or a user.
- Object ID – Identifier of the object to be updated.
- Set fields – Reserved.
- Raw JSON – Object properties to be updated specified in JSON format (see the links above).
