Chat (discontinued)

Starting from version 3.8, both web and mobile chant scenario entries are configured via Mobile/Web scenario entry. If you had any web chat scenario entries configured in prior versions of Bright Pattern Contact Center, upon upgrade to version 3.8, these scenario entries will appear in the list of Mobile/Web scenario entries with the same names and the same set of properties that they had prior to the upgrade. For configuration of any new web chat scenario entries, the Mobile/Web entry type must be used. For more information, see section Mobile/Web in this guide.
